Intensive course for individuals

Duration:    From 3pm Wednesday to Saturday morning
  • Information about the bakery and its facilities including tools & utilities, the oven, wood & fire, wheat & grinding of other agricultural products, receipts, dough kneading, timing,
  • Techniques and tricks from 23 years of experience
  • Make 6 kinds of bread and 10 kinds of rolls and cakes
  • Each participant receives one of each product baked
  • Ecological food and accommodation on the farm for free
  • 980 per person (partners and relatives are able to attend at the same time for half the price)
  • An internship is possible after the course to implement the skills acquired during the course
